How to Dress Like the Crow
The Crow’s signature look is all about black clothes and makeup.
In the film, the Crow has long, messy black hair. It’s often wet since he spends an inordinate amount of time hunting for vengeance in the cold rain. To get this look if you don’t already have long black hair, you will need get a premium black wig like this one:
To get the look, start with a base of all-black clothing. A black, long-sleeved shirt and pants are a good starting point. You can also layer on a long black leather duster jacket to add more of the Crow’s look.
Next, add some goth makeup to create the iconic look from the movie. Start with a white base on your face, and then use black eyeliner and eye shadow to create a smoky, dramatic look around the eyes. You can also use black lipstick to complete The Crow’s look.

Finish the look with some black gloves and boots. And don’t forget the most important accessory – the crow itself! I recommend getting a plush crow doll since real crows won’t be keen on hanging around. (They are extremely smart, you know!)
About The Crow (Brandon Lee)
The Crow is steeped in a sense of gloomy melancholy, but it is precisely this mood that helps it rise above its humble beginnings as a graphic novel adaptation to become a cult classic of the 1990s. Anchoring the film is the late Brandon Lee delivering a performance that is both forceful and nuanced. This role might have sent him toward super-stardom if not for the tragic accident that took his life during filming.
As Eric Draven, a musician whose life is brutally cut short along with his beloved fiancée, Lee brings a palpable sense of agony and wrath to the screen. But it is in his portrayal of the vengeful supernatural being known as The Crow that Lee truly shines, delivering a mesmerizing and unforgettable performance.
Released in 1994, just a year after Lee’s tragic death, “The Crow” serves as both a fitting tribute to his memory and a powerful testament to his immense talent. This is a film that will be remembered for many years to come, thanks in large part to Lee’s striking performance.
The Crow has become an iconic figure in popular culture thanks to the popularity of the movie and the graphic novel. The character has been the subject of numerous cosplays, Halloween costumes, and tattoos.
