MomoCon: What to Expect
MomoCon is a yearly celebration of animation, gaming, comics, and costuming that takes place in Atlanta, Georgia. It was created by a small group of individuals associated with the Anime O-Tekku club at Georgia Tech, and has since become one of the largest anime conventions in North America, attracting over 42,000 attendees in 2022. The convention is held at the Georgia World Congress Center, which is one of the largest convention centers in the United States.
One of the unique aspects of MomoCon is the tight-knit community formed by its attendees and over 1,200 volunteers. To bring fans together more often and reach out to a wider audience, MomoCon has started hosting various events, such as photoshoots, game days, and art contests, throughout the year under MomoCon On Tour. The next MomoCon will be held from May 25-28, 2023.

The 2023 MomoCon will feature an impressive list of guests, including singer Adassa, cartoonist Don Bluth, cosplayers like Story Teller Cosplay, Kizuna Cosplay, and Shellanin, and anime artist Kaiji Tang.
